What is Turkey's first microbial fertilizer derived from marine bacteria?

BÄ°YOTEK 15 produces marine bacteria-based, nature-friendly, ecologically unconcerned microbial fertilizers, which are a first in Turkey. Since these domestic and nature-based fertilizers are sourced from marine bacteria, they are within the scope of "Blue Growth" and "Blue Economy" aimed at finding solutions to global problems in the climate change process and increasing ecosystem resistance. BÄ°YOTEK 15 has developed products in line with the needs of the country, in line with many national and international directives that have common ground with the green agreement, such as the Paris Climate Agreement, the National Marine Research Strategy, global climate change directives, and the One Health approach, with bacteria isolated from the seas of GA-TARIM products. Among these innovative products, the GA-TARIM product is compatible with the article "Applications for Reducing the Use of Hazardous Pesticides and Antimicrobials in Agricultural Production, and Developing Biological and Biotechnical Control Methods" under the title "Green and Sustainable Agriculture" of the "Green Agreement" text. BÄ°YOTEK 15 products also represent the methods and products of the future in line with the 17-heading Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations: "Clean Water and Sanitation" (6), "Taking Action Against the Climate Crisis" (13), "Life Below Water" (14) and "Life on Land" (15).

Soil Conditions Where It Works Best

In the studies conducted with GA-TARIM, it has been determined that GA-TARIM provides significant contributions in terms of yield and plant development parameters with soilless agriculture applications and application to soil before or after planting-sowing. Since the bacteria in GA-TARIM are marine bacterial isolates, they have high tolerance to pH, temperature and salinity changes. However, for optimum productivity of the bacteria in the product content; Optimum soil pH is between 6-8 on average (slightly acidic, neutral, slightly basic). The optimum soil temperature value for the bacteria in GA-TARIM is 25-35 °C. Loamy soils that are not very poor in organic matter and have high humidity are suitable for the bacteria in GA-TARIM.

WE ARE WITH YOU!

Application should be avoided at noon when sunlight is most effective.

2

Product effectiveness can be increased when used with organic fertilizers.

In general, it is not recommended to use it together with chemical pesticides and high doses of chemical fertilizers. In cases where spraying is necessary, it is recommended to spray first and then apply the product three or four days later.

When the recommendations are taken into consideration, the product supports plant growth by enabling plants to make better use of plant nutrients in the soil with beneficial bacteria of marine origin that have strong nitrogen fixation, phosphate and calcium dissolving properties.

HOW SHOULD WE USE IT?
  • One liter of GA-TARIM Microbial Fertilizer per decare is mixed with 300-400 liters of non-chlorinated water and applied to the soil at regular intervals once or twice a week before planting.

  • Soil Application: Application can be made to the plant root area and soil surface with a drip irrigation system.

  • GA-TARIM promotes plant growth in all crops.
